New Music

Check out some new tunes from the following:

- Dizzee Rascal: Sirens

- Groove Armada: Love Sweet Sound

- Shakes: Disneyland

Really enjoying my D + B at the moment, particuarly Noisia, Drumsound and Simon Bassline Smith, Subfocus, TC, and Pendulum.

Last week I bought The Horrors album "Strange House". I really like it, it sounds as if its been recorded in a haunted house or something, lots of weird sounds and vocals. Stand out tarcks so far are Gloves, Count In Fives, and Jack The Ripper. There are some others on the album which will take a little longer to get into, but it is a very good debut album.

Catch me on the Radio tonight from 7pm till 9pm on The Weekend Mashup, listen to the show by going to http://www.sirenonline.co.uk/

SHITDISCO

Sorry for the lack of updates recently, been away for Easter.
Really enjoying Shitdisco at the moment. Particular favourites are 72 Virgins, I Know Kung Fu, and the new single, "Ok" which is released on the 23rd of April. It is taken from the forthcoming debut album titled "Kingdom of Fear" which is out next week (16th April) on FiercePanda Records. The band play a kind of mix between the current new rave sound, rock, punk, and House/Dance beats, creating tunes that you can really party to. Its impressive stuff which you should definatley check out.
